在后台做RTX的绑定时，需要安装php的com_dotnet组件，

检查php目录ext文件夹下面php_com_dotnet.dll是否存在。

说明：php的windows安装包是没有php_com_dotnet.dll文件的，需要下载相应php版本的zip源包，解压之后在ext目录下会有php_com_dotnet.dll，将该文件复制到已安装的php目录的ext目录下

1、如果没问题，在php.ini里面加入以下语句（php版本较高的才需要）：

[PHP_COM_DOTNET]

extension=php_com_dotnet.dll

extension=php_com_dotnet.dll 

Otherwise you will see this in your error log: 
Fatal error:  Class \'COM\' not found 

The extension is included with php 5.4.5 for Windows.
